Hello! My name is Maria Lair and I am here to help you transition to your next home. Whether you are looking to buy your first home, upgrade, downsize, or invest I am here to help. 

I have been on the Paisano Realty team for 8 years. I decided to join the Paisano family because I believe in Angel’s vision of making the dream of owning a home accessible to all families regardless of their background or the language that they speak. As a bilingual agent (Spanish/English) I find fulfillment in helping families in either language and sometimes both at the same time!

A bit about me

I was born in Zacatecas Mexico and I have been in the US since 1994. I grew up in Denver neighborhoods; Capitol Hill, Park Hill and Montbello have been my home. As an adult I ventured outside of Denver (but not too far) into Aurora and then Arvada. I love the Denver Metro Area and I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else which makes it very fitting for me to now help people find their place in the community I love.

As a wife and mother of four my number one priority is family.    My professional commitment to you is to always put the best interests of you and your family first, everything else can follow.
