So it looks like we will fly to Charleston and arrange to get to Beckley. USASA and the WVSA (state association) will arrange for transportation.
The first game will be on Thursday, June 21st. Possibly in the morning. So a Wednesday evening arrival is probably required. The second and third games are on Friday and the fourth is Saturday with the tournament final on Sunday AM. The three other teams in our flight are Georgetown MA, Pennsylvania West, and Chaldean Arsenal.
Departure then is late Sunday afternoon.
Gordon has made arrangements for us to stay in the Fairfield Inn. It is close and convenient. Twenty rooms are blocked out there so call for your reservations (304) 252-8661 and identify yourself as a Texas Wanderer.
There is another soccer tounament that weekend and some sort of mining conference. Our options are limited.
